  4. guys, it's going up to $121 in toronto so don't complain!! i think if they raise public transit they should make the road users pay for roads and bridges as well.
  5. propaganda! montreal fell 6 spots this year in the london ranking. vancouver is half the size and ranks better. and this tax break is one of the reasons i left the province - how fair is it that my taxes were subsidizing tax free high salaries of other people in the same industry just because 75% of their clients were outside of qc? the best way to get montreal more competitive is to stop creating all these bogus agencies that come up with random facts to justify their existence and to reduce taxes to all accordingly.
  6. i'm so excited about this! glad to see others are interested too
  7. i'm disappointed - especially given that it's so similar to the four seasons centre in toronto - a resemblance that the globe and mail was sure to pick up in it's review of the project.
  8. guys good idea - for all those nimbys out there at these meetings, there should be at least one of us to defend these projects!! on devrait former un groupe anti-nimby lol
  9. my old neighbour got paid 4 months rents to leave the premises - that's pretty generous imo!
  10. je vote pour "finir les arrondissements"
  11. that went up fast! thank god for this entrepreneur, this might really help chinatown
  13. interesting times ahead - some are predicting this to be even bigger than the residential mortgage crunch
  14. wow this is really nice - I like the green wall and the green roof et le retrait sur le square - un très beau projet!
  15. Guys, get over it! English is THE business language.
  17. 2018! These guys have got to be kidding! And I think what's left of the church is really insulting. It's like the UQAM spire - Might as well as have demolished it all. What a joke!
  19. I was looking at the website, and the renderings include a "Phase 2" that would add 4 stories to the existing building. Has anyone dropped in to check out the sales office? What's the price range? Looks like a nice project, great location.
