    If ever you want water for a low price go to that old folks home. They sell Evian or Naya for 0.99 cents (taxes in) and its 1.5 Liters.

    Check this out Microsoft Silverlight required If you never been to Budapest, you should really check it out. I've been 3 times. Its such a wonderful city. Its one of my favourite cities in all of Europe (East and West). The photo was taken on the Buda side. Only reason I remember its the Buda side, seeing the hills. Remind me of Buddha's large stomach.

    I find its more Miami-ish. Honestly the people who complain, should move to the arctic. So they do not have to complain about the noise, construction on the roads and other bs.

    Only $2mil + $800k in a trust. $2.8 mil per year wont really save Miami. As for real estate, if you want cheap. Check out Vegas. I found a place near a major hotel. The unit $75,000 and it use to be $700,000 years back. It might be a short sale, but I am not sure. Seeing it didn't say anything about that. True, Vegas is no week long vacation spot like Miami.

    Its nice seeing something actually getting done in this city. I just hope I didn't talk to early.

    rant I was actually shocked. I check Montreal to Toronto via. VIA Rail. It takes 4-5 hours and its $200. If I fly with Porter or Air Canada its 45 minutes or so and its $353. I would totally take the train for $200 if it was a 2 hour ride or something.
