Sis au 2700, rue de Rouen, il compterait 4 étages et 114 unités d'habitation, ce qui contribuerait à atteindre l'objectif de 2000 logements, tel que suggéré dans le Programme particulier d'urbanisme du quartier de Sainte-Marie. Rappelons que les projets particuliers de construction, de modification ou d'occupation d'un immeuble font toujours l'objet d'une consultation publique. Pour ces quatre projets, l'assemblée publique de consultation est prévue le 19 décembre 2012.
