(Courtesy of The Montreal Gazette) I removed most parts of the article that aren't really speaking about the Decarie Square project. Plus he voices his opinion on office towers here in Montreal.

Its now the 3rd highest ranking movie voted by users on IMDB wow. I want to see this for a 3rd time but in IMAX. I have a feeling this movie will be nominated for best movie of the year. Leo will be nominated for best actor. Ellen Page probably for supporting role by a women or something.

Saw it saturday and I am seeing it again tonight. It is one of the best movies I have seen in my life and its one of the best movies of the year. Christopher Nolan is a genious. This moive blew my mind. Honestly no green screen and barely any CG thats a win in my books.

The Government never thought ahead. A good friend of mine. His grandfather designed most of the bridges in Montreal. His grandfather told him that the government and the city just wanted everything to be like 2 lanes, but he pretty much had to force them to use the 3 lanes. To me it seems the City and the Government have no real vision and want to try and build some sort of utopian society here in Montreal that nothing happens or they want to keep everything small. So whoever can't take it anymore just moves out to another city. Even if we tried to fix the problem now. It be a huge mess. It be so hard to make most of the highways 4-5-6 lanes. -

I am with you on that one! Now thats a dream. That I hope becomes a reality Honestly I wouldn't mind the train going at 250 km/h... as long as I can clear the border here in Montreal and there is only one stop before NY (Albany)... I just want the train ride to be under 3-4 hours and cost like. $100-$200 (round trip). With multiple departure times. 6am 12pm 4pm -- China + Japan bullet trains Europe bullet trains -

I hope this does not come to light. Its beyond hideous. I really wouldn't want to be on the road with that next to me. -
Congrats Markov.

Most of the comments by Guy I marked as offensive. I hope The Globe & Mail actually cuts his account and blocks his ip address. The guy a total tool and schmuck.

I find it more of an article taking jabs on how things get done in this city. For the infrastructure. I bet we have spent more time and money patching the problem than actually fixing the problem (i.e fixing the Turcot and not rebuilding it) and also corruption with construction companies.

+1 I can't wait to see life come back to that area. I feel bad for the future residents though. On the weekends going to have to deal with drunk kids coming out of Tonic which is 2 streets away on Atwater. Also the homeless will have to disperse. Interesting thing is. Back in the 90s the Seville building was pretty much alive with Giorgio's (?sp) and I think there was a grocery store or something.

Nice. Bringing some class to Nuns Island. I know Nuns Island has some expensive townhouses but who really cares about those.

I'll try and work on a spreadsheet tomorrow. Comparing some of the major US cities to Montreal and Toronto.

Only reason I am frustrated is, when stuff gets delayed. The price of gets ballooned. I have yet to see a project be delayed and the price goes down. If B/A only doing 60% of the job in Quebec screw them. If CAF willing do to 100% of here let them get the contract. Let me guess the B/A (60% Quebec and the other 40% in France or Germany?). I see some expensive shipping costs lol

This must be a joke! Just give it to Bombardier already. JESUS! Honestly screw "steel wheels" or "rubber". If they want the metro of the future, make it a maglev.
