Same here. Montreal needs a new face for the world to see. It gives me hope, also makes me want to stay here in Montreal.

This is one project I can not wait to see actually happen. Montreal going to be an even greater city.

One thing, they are nice units. Problem is if you have a unit looking towards the north you see the homeless.

Its a nice project, I wonder if they will be evicting the homeless that live around there, seeing they live right on the train tracks right behind the L'Heritage du Vieux-Port

One thing I can not wait for this to be completed. Too bad they did not think about this sooner. Would of been interesting to have the Casino-Hotel / Cirque and Technoparc on Nun's island, but thats just me. -
Yup, its being restored on the outside, I think the inside they pretty much ripped apart everything.

I wonder how many people will end up going there, might give the Quebec government a reason to start the highway they never ended up finishing.

Last time I was at the airport they were building something in front of the new terminal.

Atleast this will be a faster to build. The building right next door took them a good 2 years to renovate if I remember correctly and the the penthouses are huge on 4 floors and well over 5000 sq.ft if I remember correctly comes with a nice price tag also.

The whole building should be up by Q2 2008, actually occupancy is suppose to be Q2 2008. The building was suppose to be up already but there was a couple set backs.
