    too bad there are only a few pictures, but I enjoyed them . I wish I could go back in time to feel that period of booming Montreal with the great retro feel, which even to this day is present.

    thank you guys I just thought since Staples is Bureau en Gros and starbucks is le Cafe Starbucks then maybe they would make a change for this one. Can't wait to see cranes!!

    Yeah just by judging the entrance, you can see that there's really nothing impressive to be seen inside.

    My brother bought a unit on the 7th floor. He is somewhat disappointed because the interior quality is not as good as he expected and the developer asked for more money to have a finished ceiling. They left the concrete ceilings naked to the people that didn't pay extra; I think its really pathetic that the standards of construction for this project are very low considering that it's not a bad looking project. Also, the developer plans to reconvert the church right beside into condos as well (IDK if it's a newsflash).

    this is insane and pathetic; a project like this should take 3-4 years max to complete.
