  1. Interesting design but I must admit that I am not very fond of the base. It looks very dull and uninspiring as if someone just decided to incorporate a prism.
  2. Fantastic news! I am glad these parking lots are disappearing once and forever.
  3. I like the design and clean choice of white and black granite colours but the entrances simply don't match the exterior of the building with its old, brown bricks. I wouldn't call it a bad design, just a poor incorporation and blend of new and old.
  4. I'd consider it more as a three storey Anyway, it looks very nice on the render but I am sure that the end result is going to be more deceiving. Time will tell.
  5. Get rid of these electricity poles and add more vegetation. This project looks like crap because of that
  6. um whats the second picture have to do with anything? extremely random haha)
  7. im looking forward to more progress. great project. Thanks for the updates)))
  8. your'e definitely not going to get such a well thought out investment from the ttc...STM is truly astounding
  9. why is AMT conducting the studies and the planning of construction?
  10. Indeed very interesting...I am still eagerly waiting as to when they're going to refurbish that tower? A multi-billion dollar company could definitely invest some money into refurbishing and perhaps adding a few extra floors on its main HQ building. Those ugly turquoise and beige panels have aged very badly.
  11. I can't say much about the photo provided but I guess I doesn't look bad and it would fit very well with the other towers U/C.
  12. Im all for a boulevard. I can only imagine how great it would look. Iv'e always been amazed that Rue Notre-Dame was left out crumbling into pieces for decades with aging and vacant factories/warehouses for decades. I have mentioned this before but a great cycling path continuation from the Old Port would be fantastic. I would mind allowing some commercial and 20-30 storey condo being built there either even though i don't think there's enough space
  13. well i guess i can clearly say that this project won't see the light which isn't bad considering the development looks more like a commie block
  14. it was 9.75 dollars for a 16 ounce beer when i went for a toronto blue jays game
  15. These are the types of designs I like. Keeping the oldschool feel with sleek glass glazing although I definitely agree that Montreal needs a revolutionary skyscraper with an "out of the box" design. Preferably with some curves and circular shapes which is something that the skyline lacks of right now.))
