    Her points are legitimate. Cooperation is needed at both levels, but from the many screw ups that have happened from the Quebec government in the past decades with crumbling infrastructure and it's inability to act could be a main reason why the Federal doesn't trust the provincial in assisting them. Although I do think it's important to plan with Marois.

    This tower did not turn as well as it should have been. I am disappointed but happy that it brings at least some presence and contributes nicely to the skyline. The lights are a nice addition as well.

    MONT-DIEU!!! This is really disgusting and tasteless architecture. Everything is so F$%ng squre and rectangluar. I can't bear this...there has to be some other way to built this better, more attractive, denser and cost effective.
