    Sucks that Lana Del Rey didn't get booked for this. I also heard from someone that this years line up was similar to Coachella.

    It isn't really my "vision". I was speaking to my mother this morning and she said the canal is never used. She would love to see people using it to kayak or turn it into another larger version of what they are doing to one of the Quai's in Old Montreal. It would be more than 6 km of fun during the summer and in the winter, it could be used to skate on (similar to the Rideau Canal in Ottawa).

    If the restaurant does re-open, I will for sure have to check it out. I find it is our version of like "Tavern on the Green".

    Speaking of Michael Kors, I know that the company went public and in the next few years they want to double the amount of stores they currently have, so they can compete against Coach. DIX30 does seem like an interesting project, reminds me of some of those outlet/malls in the US. Lucky them, getting a Williams-Sonoma, before Montreal. All they are missing is like a Restoration Hardware or Crate & Barrel and maybe a few furniture stores.

    I sort of vaguely remember something like this, posted a while back but I am not sure. I do agree with you, about the water quality for sure not like it was back in the 40s (even though I wasn't alive).

    So in 9 years we will have a new bridge. It better be built properly, seeing we all know Transport Quebec waits a long time to fix things that crumble (that is if Canada gives the bridge over to Quebec)

    It will be nice to see them beautify the area around the circle. From what I heard, that area does have a drug issue though.

    The contrasting whites are quite nice. It gives it an interesting design on the building.

    More of less the Greater Montreal region should just separate from the rest of the province and become like Hong Kong.

Plus the yards are going to have reduced capacity. It seems the PQ want to make life a living hell for people west of the city.

    I drove by on the weekend, it is coming along nicely. I can't wait for the whole area to be redone, it will be nice to have some sort of density.

    It would be interesting if someone filmed that area for a week and did a time-lapse. Now that be quite fun to watch.
