  1. I am pretty sure this building (lot) is owned by the same owner as the Recreatheque.
  2. There is also Adonnis in phase III - I'm surprised the article didn't mention it.

The move to Calgary was transitional, the company that was in Montreal was much larger then the one that is now in Calgary. CP Ltd was in Montreal, only CP Rail is in Calgary now. CP Hotels is in Toronto and merged with Fairmont. CPR Telegraph is in Winnipeg and became MTS Allstream. CP Trucking became Interlink and went bankrupt. CP Air became Canadian - went bankrupt and became part of Air Canada. CP Ships stayed in Montreal but was taken over by Hapag-Lloyd. Back in the 90's - congolomoration was the corporate mode. ImasCo is another former Montreal example.
  5. They are in the National Bank tower in Old Montreal now. I wonder why they want a dedicated building when they take up so little office space to begin with and why they would want to manage a building when they can't even manage a train. I am guessing the RFP is not for a new building though but rather for the interiors of their existing space.
  6. Why do these reports always say no private office buildings in Montreal since 1992? Why doesn't the Quebecor Tower count?
  8. ^No - there can be no changes. Especially since this project had to pass public consultation which reduced the height from 25 storeys to 20 storeys.
  9. http://www.touralta.com/fr/accueil/

  12. The Omers is owned by Galleria http://www.galleria.ca/PropertyDetail.aspx?id=50 The Mikes is somehow owned by the Evangelical Pentacostal Church
  13. Considering how well sales have gone, I am surprised that Claridge hasn't bought the former Omer des Serres and Mikes that are across the street which can accomodate two 20 storey buildings.
  14. http://news.google.ca/newspapers?id=qIoxAAAAIBAJ&sjid=3aUFAAAAIBAJ&dq=cathedral%20skyscraper%20montreal&pg=4385%2C4483068 http://news.google.ca/newspapers?id=pIoxAAAAIBAJ&sjid=3aUFAAAAIBAJ&pg=1040%2C1682424 Mark London = 80's Dinu Bumbaru
