    I bought one in NY back in June. Finally after many years of debating. I am proud to wear the multi-coloured cap. I wear it to show I am proud to be a Montrealer and I did like the team, even though they were horrible. I remember walking around with it in NY and a few people were actually shocked. Seeing most people are used to see NYM or Yankees caps. What is interesting, walking around Montreal, many older people will smile and give you a thumbs up. One thing is, if you want an Expos cap, best bet is to get it in the US, you save like $10

    With 701 University / 700 St Jacques turning into condos, this could probably be a much taller building.

    So this will only be condos or will they still have two small 10-20 buildings with office space? Is this still a Magil project? If so, why didn't they update their website? Also wasn't there already an anchor tenant for this building or is that Place de la Cite Int'l 2. Interesting unit. I do hope so.

    Drove past it last week, I totally forgot to comment about it. It seems like it is almost complete.

    It seems they are digging up some ground on the West bound lane of the 20. Not sure if it is part of this project or part of the rail line.

    I just watched a trailer for a movie called "The Words". It seems liked it was filmed here or partially filmed here.

    I can already see it, 10 car pile up. Don't get me wrong, I do like them, but to have it part of a "highway" doesn't make sense. It be like part of the 20 from the airport being reduced from 100 to 70 (what happened now) and by the time you hit the yards, the speed limit with be 50. How they going to redirect the semis? The reason I ask, people in this province drive like complete morons, near a semi.

    One thing, haven't they been talking about expanding the Palais for the past few years now? It is interesting to see Montreal #1 for top host city for Int'l events for America.

    If I had the money right now. I would totally get the floor seats for my dad again, seeing he loves the Knicks.

    Yup. Lets spend more money and time, on something that should be already be fixed. YAY for delays.

    I really do like this project, especially the roof top garden. I bet which ever companies occupy that building, will be having some nice cocktail hours or it be interesting to see a restaurant up there (during the summer), it be some competition for that place on top of PVM.

The only way Lowe's will not be able to buy Rona, is if the Quebec government buys up the majority of the shares on the market or buys the whole company. If the Government buys up Rona, we will have a new crown corporation on our hands.
