  1. Owners Plus the guy that owns the home, his business is road maintenance (Fayolle)
  2. http://www.inman.com/buyers-sellers/columnists/stevebergsman/westmount-canadas-beverly-hills According to wikipedia, Place Belvedere is considered the most expensive street on the whole island. I guess when there is only 10 homes on it, would make sense.
  3. http://Read more: http://www.montrealgazette.com/Montreal+construction+projects+halted+showdown+over+Bill/5596696/story.html#ixzz1biFvgB2l Oh joy, delays and waste of money to come.
  4. His next time, he might not be so lucky. Someone will be paying for his alcoholism and the government slap on the wrist, like all the other drunk driving cases.
  5. I have been meaning to see that, since it came out. Guess I will check it out today, seeing my plans fell a part.
  6. 1. Drive 2. Midnight in Paris 3. Hanna (not in any order) Margin Call Barney's Version Fast & The Furious 5 Hesher X-Men First Class The Whistleblower 30 Minutes or Less There is a few more movies I would like to see like: Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, A Dangerous Method, J. Edgar, The Rum Diary and Tintin.
  7. If he was banned for driving and keeps doing it. Time for Quebec to have a 3 strikes law. Lock him up for life. Seeing this idiot doesn't want to listen, take his life away.
  8. I am not sure the bars and clubs between Sherbrooke and Pins on St Laurent will be happy if this does happen.
  9. What a great shot. From this angle, it honestly doesn't look like we are in Montreal. Only way you can tell it is Montreal, is by the street sign and banner. Without those two things and you put in a palm tree, it look like we were in Miami or something.
  10. If they want to strike. Strike on campus. Don't slow down construction of a vital part of the city. Plus if I want, I can and did call them morons.
  11. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2011/10/19/yvon-gingras-quebec-drunk-driving_n_1020885.html When will the idiots in Quebec change the law? Are they waiting for one of them or one of their family members to be run over
  12. Read more: http://www.montrealgazette.com/business/McGill+strikers+block+access+MUHC+construction+site/5580316/story.html#ixzz1bL3e6nhb Morons. Seeing there will be cost over runs because of this, all those people on strike when they get their job back, should have their pay deduced for slowing down the construction of the hospital. Seeing it be stupid that tax payers have to pay for McGill incompetence or the Quebec government will have to sue the school.

    Bell : actualités

http://business.financialpost.com/2011/10/19/bell-to-provide-free-wifi-access-in-montreal/ This so could have happened many years ago, if people worked together on WiMax.
  14. The Holiday Inn in Pointe-Claire near Fairview seems to be getting a facelift. When I drive by it tonight or tomorrow, I will try and take a picture of it.
  15. http://montreal.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNews/20111018/mtl_stephen_111018/20111019/?hub=MontrealHome I truly hope, that nothing happens to that building, because I will go NIMBY on their ass!
  16. All I want is Cavendish in NDG to be connected to the Cavendish in VSL. I know there is train tracks in the way, so you build over it or under it.
  17. http://www.montrealgazette.com/news/Quebec+considers+train+options/5563752/story.html
  18. Their not selling any of their Canadian assets though. It is interesting they would sell some of their UK and Australian assets, seeing it is a British-Australian company. Plus Australia so close to China.

    Vidéos sur Montréal

[video=youtube;v8DWf-rSHn0] Someone should send this to the PQ
  20. https://www.flyporter.com/About/News-Release-Details?id=168&culture=en-CA I know, I know. It is easier for us to just drive there. That is interesting that people from Toronto can fly to Burlington now, plus also Tremblant. I was checking the prices, Montreal to Burlington (via. Toronto) is about $179 for one way. Plus they just started flying to Boston also.
