real nice development One thing I would love to see the condo thats 3200 sq.ft on two floors and has a 2500 sq.ft terrace and for $3 million thats pretty expensive for that part of downtown. I guess the value will go up even more when the city cleans it up more.

Its so funny yesterday my ex is like who's idea was it to have Canada Day on July 1st. She went on and on that there wasn't an exact date for something (thats what she read on wikipedia) LOL Anyways Happy Canada Day. One thing I like about Canada Day in Quebec everything pretty much open LOL not like St Jean de crap where u can't even go to an SAQ, you have to think ahead Honestly all holidays should be banned in this country and that includes Quebec seeing we are still part of Canada!
