It seems there is a few units for sale starting at like $160000. Realtor 1 bedroom - 1 bath. Its probably the smallest unit at 500 square feet or something. I just wonder what the condo fees will be like and the taxes. [update]: Something similar to this is McGill Ouest, their condo fees are: $150/month. Plus the taxes are like $1621 per year. -
There was a group protesting in front of the mayors condo or something over the weekend. If these people do not want the city to expand, they should leave and go live in the country side.

What would have been nice if PVM was just 1 large / tall building rather than 4 separate ones. 1 building at 367 meters (94 floors), it would have been one of the tallest buildings back in the 60s and would be right now tied for 17th place. It would have been a few meters shorter than the Empire State Building

If Toronto gets another hockey team, it shows that they are trying so hard to be like New York.

I never liked that leprechaun. One thing there is so many crappy US teams. Technically I don't see why Southern states have hockey teams anyways. Plus most of the hockey players in the NHL are Canadian. Only true American hockey team is Buffalo, seeing the majority of the players are American.

Looks like a movie set from the 1940's and 1950's. Wasn't Montreal like this years ago? The second I saw this, I was like this is San Fran Montreal needs to find something that says it is Montreal and its not following other cities.
