I can't wait for this baby to go up. All that area is missing is Place de la Cité Internationale - phase 2, Tour St-Jacques and a few more buildings and we are golden in that part of the city

Plus some of these listings are probably on the market for years before someone buys them. -
(Courtesy of The Montreal Gazette) The above link is quite lengthy. The way I see it, we wont have a new bridge until 2025. Plus in the 47 years the bridge has been open, ridership is up 22 times. I just wonder what it will be like in 2057 (1.64 million - 8.2 million cars)?

(Courtesy of CJAD) I am all for trying to get better prices and a larger selection of wine. Now the SAQ just needs to buy a spirits distributer in the US so we can get better prices on scotch, vodka and other hard alcohol.

$1000 per sq.ft is almost like the prices they have in New York I have a feeling the value of land and properties near the Waldorf will end up sky rocketing. -
I really like the sound of that People that move into those buildings will have an awesome view of riots when the Habs win or lose in the playoffs
