I am watching "No Reservations" they did a show in Japan before the tsunami. Sapporo has heated side-walks and they get as much or even more snow than us in winter. -
What they going to call the hotel? Le petit Chateau Frontenac? I would love to see the Four Seasons take up the hotel portion It be our version of the Four Seasons Gresham Palace in Budapest (one of the most beautiful hotels)

I just wonder how much they charge per square foot. They honestly can't charge like $500 per square foot. Seeing the L'Imperial charges like $272 per square foot or something (for the smaller units)

I thought I knew something was missing. Plus this person should try and put in the towers that will replace the Bonaventure Expressway, plus also add in Griffintown and the Turcot area. Would be nice to see what Montreal should look like by 2025. Slow and steady wins the race, but I would still love to see this be built like for tomorrow

Now I know why I remember this project. One thing wasn't this supposed to be condos over 4 years ago? Nice to see they are finally going ahead with it. update (Courtesy of Jardin Westmount) I guess they didn't expect it to take that long to convert. I have a feeling who ever wanted to move in there in like 2008/09, pulled out for sure. Penthouse #11 Loft #301 I just hope they have some great soundproofing, because I would hate to live there and hear cars/trucks 24/7. I guess most people wont open their windows.

I hope this will bring Montreal a 3-Michelin star restaurant or at least be in the Top 100 San Pellegrino World's Best Restaurants of 2013. I would say 2012, but it wont be open in time for them to review it. -
I guess my generation will revert to telling our kids, we had to walk everywhere because of the gas prices
