Je ne pense pas que la bande en haut est une bande Google (voir le coin supérieur droit qui indique "Annonces google") qui utilise votre historique internet et de recherche pour afficher les bandes annonces pertinentes. Univers n'a probablement pas choisi spécifiquement d'être affiché sur ce site.

 

Selon les recherches que vous faites, vous pourrez notamment apercevoir des annonces de Dev McGill, District Griffin et de Saint-M...

I know there are a lot of condos being built right now but CMHC data shows that it is simply a shift in demand. Fewer home buyers are opting for single-family homes and more and more are choosing condos. I am not surprised to read positive news about the condo industry as in 2012 DevMcGill's projects sold very well. Several new condo developments are currently being launched at the same time; however, there is a possibility that some will not reach their minimum number of sales in time to start their construction. The latest overwhelming success of Univers is just another example that there is a strong demand for units offering a great location and something unique at a competitive price."

 

Details of the new development will follow later but we already know that the Univers condominium project will comprise more than 500 units.

So this will only be condos or will they still have two small 10-20 buildings with office space? Is this still a Magil project? If so, why didn't they update their website? Also wasn't there already an anchor tenant for this building or is that Place de la Cite Int'l 2.

Since you like this penthouse, here is the more advanced version of the same floor plan. Yes, the project plan is that the ground floor will be reserved for commercial spaces.

Merci pour les informations. De mon côté je souhaite simplement que vous réalisiez un immeuble avec une grande qualité de matériaux. Vouz avez un emplacement de choix, il faut en profiter!

I kind of LOLed in my head when he said 0.25$/sqft too. But he said "with the most basic amenities" so technically it wasn't a lie, either. With a planned exterior+interior swimming pool, real or virtual concierge, gardens all around, potential dog park, etc. I'd estimate it to be more like 40-50 cents too - and to be quite honest, with many rich people potentially living there I don't think they are going to skimp out on these bells and whistles...

 

He did mention that the gym and spa/jacuzzi may be moved to the lower commercial floors and be open to the public to keep the condo fees low for residents. The VIP sales start in Feb 2012 so I guess all these things won't be definite until then...

 

Univers will have individual commercial operators run businesses on the ground floor, such as gyms, etc. So we can provide far richer services than could ever be provided through amenities and condo fees. Each owner will be able to build his own “Univers” and pay for only what he/she uses. That is how we could offer a dog park, a fitness center with full service gym, indoor/outdoor pool, Scandinavian spa, etc. The condo fees start at 0.25$/sq.ft. and if our VIPs want added amenities such as an owner’s lounge, a cinema room, a virtual concierge, then each service will add a couple of cents per service to condo fees.
