    I wish the Expo's did not moved to Washignton. Would of been nice to have the baseball stadium where this development is springing up.

    Interesting proposal. Porto Novo or 1 Ave du Port I like 1 Ave du Port similar to the 1st phase "Heritage du Vieux-Port" I find this one to Mediterranean for the Old Port thats my opinion.

    +1 now too fix some of the buildings up around there, plus around the rest of the city now.

    Nice building. Right on that corner a couple years ago, I almost got hit by a car, fucking asshole went through a red light.

    One thing the penthouse of this buidling really nice from what I saw from the floor plan. I just hope the person that lives up there doesnt get so wasted one night and decides to jump off for the hell of it

    Same here. Montreal needs a new face for the world to see. It gives me hope, also makes me want to stay here in Montreal.
