    I agree with Ju. This will cause massive lineups at Cathcart and Phillips. It's already hard enough to cross that f***** intersection right now.

    That's cool, I walk there almost every day (between McGill and Square Vic metros) The sidewalks are really narrow on "Place Phillips" so I sometimes switch to Union, but that's been bad too because of TOM's construction. I welcome this project, except for the chairs and parasols. We don't need those, they will fall into disrepair very quickly. Is this another 2017 project?

    By the way, while I'm all for McGill getting the RVH in theory, can they really take care of these buildings? What about these buildings falling apart on University that haven't been worked on for years? Strathcona is currently on hold, no funds to repair. Exhibit A Exhibit B Exhibit C
