    Probably unrelated, but this blue building is getting ... torn down, I think... or who knows. Something's definitely happening to it but it's not outright demolition.

    Sorry no pictures but it's been completely demolished sometime last week.

    Same here. We've seen va-et-viens on this site for how long now? Icone in particular has been using it for all kinds of things. I'll be delighted to eat crow but I don't think anything "concrete" is happening by the end of the year.

    Let's start by building something south of Saint-Antoine (these embarrassing empty lots on St-Jacques) before even considering tearing down Place du Canada. Speaking of which the office space is very comfortable in there.
