    LOL took the words right out of my mouth. Still hoping for something cool to pop out of the Griff. Brickfield is probably the best project so far, and that's mostly due to its mindful integration of existing buildings.

    I say build a new facility on Dickson. There's so many empty lots at the old MLW site and this would mean new jobs for the area.
