    December 4th 2015 New Copper Branch restaurant at le Seville. I'm all for local entrepreneurship, but damn they already have a location inside Alexis Nihon and on Bishop. These guys are EVERYWHERE! And their fries aren't very good

    That's the Jardin Windsor site, why even use that picture JdeM? At first I was OK with the idea of the stadium at the Children's but now I'm thinking about the ridiculous traffic this will bring to Atwater, already a cluster fuck during rush hour.

    Semi-serious question, if this was in Vancouver, would it automatically have been snapped up by Chinese investors? I'm kinda glad it's in the hands of a local developer. Although on the other hand, this is the man who gave us the Griffix....
