  1. The buildings 265-271 Queen is owned by 128347 CANADA INC. Their office is on King. The building was built back in 1911. I can't find much information.
  2. I don't care either, but the information should be made public. Seeing she is a public figure and with her husbands business supposedly taking in tax papers money, we should have the right to know how our money is being spent. Any and all public employees should have their info out there. Seeing you take money the tax payer, we should have the right to know where it goes and who it goes to and how it is being spent. I for one would never be elected, seeing everyone that is a public employee would hate me. Governments need transparency. I know my view is extreme, but who knows what we would learn about who we elect and who we employee.
  3. There is a small possibility it would and if it does happen, she better be ready for a nightmare. Seeing she will have a ton of business owners and condo owners upset with her.

I saw the video for that. Man oh man. This is why people should wear helmets when they do any sport. -- [video=youtube;Mmh-ew1swD4] I would so love to do that one day.

  10. It for sure beats the other buildings around it, but it isn't anything mind blowing. They should have went the Scandinavian route and used recycled wood or what not for the exterior and not the brick.
  11. It is nice to see, that they are finally moving forward. I remember reading this many years back.
  12. I have a feeling, we might be all dead before the government makes up their mind. We all know, how mentally challenged the people we elect are.
  13. I hear things are going back to the drawing board now for this?
  14. I am going with a little bit of both.
  15. I saw my first Model S today on the 20 today. Plus I checked online, there is a used one for sale in Laval or on the island.
  16. When I saw this thread this morning. I was thinking to myself, one of them must have closed down and I was right from what I can tell from one of the comments. I had their burger twice and they aren't special at all.. They should just stick to their cajun fries.
  17. When I heard about this, this morning. I just started to laugh. Seeing it is quite absurd, that they would spend $1000s of dollars over something like this, which amounts to fractions of a penny per person that pays taxes. My friend just moved here from Mexico and shes like "wow I am paying taxes for this crap". Don't get me wrong, I understand you want to protect the french language, but alienating half the population of Quebec and having this story go global, you will not win many friends abroad. Plus it might also hurt our tourism. Some people might see this province as close-minded and a one way street. I remember seeing someones comment on HuffingtonPost, the guy was speaking about a uni-lingual Quebec couple that he met on a cruise ship and they were miserable, seeing they couldn't interact with anyone, seeing they couldn't speak English. He went into great detail, how there were more than 40 nationalities that were on the cruise and they could speak English and their own language. Yet this couple went on a vacation and were miserable. He had to throw it in their face, it was their choice to never learn English or another language and to leave Quebec. A friend of mine from work even told me, there are people in Mexico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic that learned English and French because of the number of tourists that come every year.

  20. Canceled. There should be a new rule, if a developer changes the date more than 2-3 times. We know it will never happen.
  21. I would love for them to build this, seeing Montreal to Chicago to Vegas to L.A
