We can still compete with Toronto, it doesn't take much..

 

Last time I checked Ontario's economy is a spectacular mess with their $310 billion debt and a $12.5-billion deficit this year alone, at least we have Dr. Phil trying to fix things (god knows how much damage Pauline would've have done if she was re-elected)

Sorry, but he is right. With the opening of the voie maritime, we just lost our monopoly of ressources and industries. Would Ottawa be what it is without the Parliment ? Move the capital to Calgary and see Ottawa decline forever... Just as Montréal declined from losing its status of industrial center of Canada.

Other downtown towers offer tenants 1 reserved parking spot per 2000-3000 sqft of office space. For Maison Manuvie, that means 160-240 out of 360 spots when the building is fully leased. So I would assume the other 120-200 spots will remain available for the public.
