Not only has Triomphe emptied their offices, but Staccaro next door has closed its store and even Scotia Bank has vanished from Place Montréal Trust. Maisonneuve Street never looked so bad. What's going on in Montreal retail spaces? Stores are closing as fast as the speed of light everywhere in this city.

And other streets are booming! Just look at Notre-Dame from Guy to Atwater, probably 6 new shops and 8 new restaurants in a year only.

Même chose pour la rue Wellington, à Verdun. Le nombre de nouveaux restos (assez chers) qui ouvrent est hallucinant pour une artère qu'on croyait morte il n'y pas si longtemps! Maisonneuve va mieux aller bientôt avec tous les projets en constructions dans ce coin, sur Drummond, Crescent et autour du Centre Bell!
