I'd like them to think small first as improving the state of our roads is a much bigger priority than wasting money in some totally unalistic projects.

come on Greg, M. Bachand said that most people involved in this project gave their free time because they believed in it, not because there was money to be made... the whole thing cost tops 100k, which i'm sure covers the material to do the model and the travel fees to expose the idea.

...du rayonnement de Toronto à l'étranger? ou bien de la nature internationale/multiculturelle de la ville?

 

Dans le 1er cas, à part peut-être le monde latin et arabophone, Toronto a un rayonnement largement supérieur.

Dans le 2e cas, c'est assez subjectif d'évaluer "l'impression internationale" en se promenant das la rue... mais dans les chiffres il est clair que Toronto a une population internationale beaucoup plus grande (et plus représentative des 4 coins du monde).
