You do get a nice view. Plus you are pretty close too two highways and a metro. Also the grocery store is a few minutes away. The only issue is the noise.

I had asked for info on this project and the prices are very affordable ...not bad either

Close to two highways and subway sounds good but actually, the location sucks. With prevailing winds from the west, it's going to be noisy and dusty like hell!!
