    Bad information , the Brivia Group has tossed construction from this spring to this autumn , sales should permit start of construction between September to October 2014. On the other hand they only invest in Québec since it is there natural market place. The promoter is well backed , I have a good feeling for this one will roll , but like all the other projects , they are taking longer to start. There is nothing to do with politics, they do not give a damn , but would like to see better economic growth .

    Malheureusement ce beau projet et en débâcle totale , les cancellassions ce multipliée et je crois si il y'a pas de changement cap et que les promoteurs ne réussiront pas a rassurée leurs clients et ce projet ne verrai pas le jour. Je pense qu'ils ont manque le bateau , ca pris trop de temps a décollée.

    A great city is known by it's origins and the breath it takes before it's next step . When I listen to all the energy people take to rescue buildings with no historical value ; then let the Redpath House left to it's own final death, it is sad for all Montreal and all it's inhabitants. It is an enormous pride to have heritage downtown buildings for us and tourists to explain our origins, then eventually to our children and grandchildren ; which is gold for all cities on this planet. Now becoming an older man ; having visited or lived in 114 countries ; please give to your city what it deservers , your heart, your convictions and your everyday true understanding for everyone that has made Montreal it's home . I have given Montreal everything it desivers sense the first day I stepped foot , if you believe in this city you stay, if not you leave ; it is all about where and when you want to live in your life . For me no city in North America will rival with my city Montréal , I loved it before , I love it now and I will love it till the last breath I will take . It is like taking an engagement to go to city hall to find out what is going on every week ; going to all elections , municipal, provincial and federal , I never missed one since 1972. It is easy to complain about politics , but did you go to vote yesterday, will you go to vote tomorrow. Over all do you want to give back to our great city what it has given to you. I guess in our ¨new society ¨; there is no more give backs , sad our children and grandchildren will not conceive what we have received , a great and fantastic life in Montréal

    Les ventes sont a 47% en ce moment . Ces un beau projet , je leurs souhaite de faire des bonnes ventes prochainement.

    I am no longer positive that this project will fly , sales with the recent cancellations are down to 47% . Unless sales pick up , I do not think this project will start in April . Time is of essence for this project since there clients are getting edgy.

    Merci, nous aimons allez manger tous les trois semaines a Montréal et voir un spectacle a même temps . Coucher en ville 5ou 6 fois par année ces bon pour l'économie.

    Un de mes amies dans la construction qui a soumissionnée pour une étape au début de la construction , a obtenu une confirmation aujourd'hui que le début de construction sera au mois d'avril et les contrats seront accordée au mois de Février 2014. Je vous tiendra au courant. Ces un beau projet qui va changer le coin et changer un autre porte d'entre de Montréal.

    SI vous allez sur le site Waldorf Astoria future openings , il parle d'une date d'ouverture en 2020 a Montréal ,qui veut dire un début de construction en 2016-2017.

    Tous ceux qui ce donne la penne d'écrire et de dialoguée sur ce site mérite notre respect ; pourquoi avons nous pas un consensus pour faire avancer Montréal et ca région; seul nous sommes faible ,ensemble nous sommes une force puissant du a nos racines, croyances , notre langue ou culture ; ensemble nous sommes une voix passionnée dédier a faire avancer notre ville, notre province, notre pays et nos politiciens ; avançons maintenant .All those that take the time to wright and dialogue on this forum merit our respect ; why should we not have quorum to advance Montréal and it's region ; alone we are a divided force ,we are different by our roots, our beliefs, our language or culture ; together we are an extraordinary force that can propel are city, our province, our country and our politicians .     It would be very interesting to have some other well articulated members write interesting comments and articles such as acpnc, he should be an inspiration to us all ; we should all be able to express our opinions with more details and color such as he. I do not necessary agree with everything he says , but at least he expresses his opinion with grace.

    La prochaine élection provincial au Québec devrait être comme dans le bon vieux temps -une élection a deux parties qui sont fort dans les sondages . La prochaine il ne faut pas divisée la vote . Que la meilleur pour l'économie et l'avenir du Québec gagne . Je suis un de ceux qui a permis que la vote soit séparée en trois au dernières élections , mais pas a la prochaine.

    Bonjour, Samcon part un nouveau projet dans le Quartier Ville-Marie sur le rue Rouen entre Hogan &Bercy , dans un coin qui a grandement besoin de renouveau . 113 unités de copropriétés sur 4 étages. Photos a suivre.

    j'ai pris les derrières points sur ma carte et je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds , c'est ca être solidaire , 500,00 québécois qui ferme leurs cartes Sears ou Master Card Sears sans plus faire d'achats c'est ca être solidaire , j'ai bien appris pour un Anglophone

    I think I should ignore some one on this forum but it is sometimes good to answer "The Troll " . I can answer you rapidly concerning France and Spain since I just came back recently from an investment forum. Spain's debt is now at 92.2% of GDP and is growing . It has more than doubled since 2008 and stands at 935 billion euros. As for France public debt was at 42% in 2003 and now stands at 90.2% and growing . France now has a public debt close to 1.900 billion euros. Québec's and Montréal's diverse economy will turn around in 2014 no matter what party is in power either on the provincial level or federal level. Teacher's isn't investing 2 billion dollars in downtown Montréal blindfolded . They have seen something that I don't think you have the capacity of understanding ; no one cares anymore who is in power in Québec since there has always been a cycle and each one brings something new . Business has been adjusting for 40 some years to the Québec economy, it provides challenges that make them stronger on international markets. I don't think you will understand anyways ; but I always hope to see I can make a new true Montréalais .

    Nous souhaitons au fils de Bernard Ragueneau que Thursdays soit un succès comme par le passe . Un petit mot pour dire merci a un ancien du journal "The Gazette et du Montréal Star" que j'ai eu l'honneur a bien connaitre au Thursdays , Nick Auf De Maur , Nick a passe sa vie a bien s'amuser , a amuser les touristes qui arrivait a Montréal et a écrire noir sur blanc sur sa passion pour Montréal, des journaliste de souche noble et passionne comme lui sont une inspiration pour tous. Il fait partie d'un des grands montréalais , qui a consacrer sa vie pour faire connaitre sa "ville" Montréal.

    Bravo acpnc, I would never dream hiring someone so negative . I think he is probably frustrated that his friends were transferred to Toronto . He never has anything positive to say about Montréal and the province of Québec. Really irritating to have negative people on a constructive forum .

    Les ventes sont déjà commence pour le Drummond, sur ce projet si ont click sur les plans des étages ,ils ont 26 unités vendu et 14 de réserve. Ces quand même un meilleur début que la dernière fois. Si ont fait le même trajet sur les étages avec Le Roccebella 1 ont arrivée a 64% vendu . Les ventes sont quand même la au centre ville; un peu moins que l'année passe ,mais ils sont la . Le centre ville de Montréal est rendu "in" . Je suis convaincu que ce tendance vas continuée dans les prochaines années et notre vue horizontale et verticale sera magnifique . Qu'ont soit Francophone , Anglophone , autre, bleu ou rouge , faut être fier de notre ville et sa région ; faut juste qu'ont soit tous solidaire a la faire avancée .

Using figures provided by the gazette Québec with a population of +or- 8m at a net negative migration rate of 0.00121 will loose -9680 to interprovincial migration in 2013, Ontario with a population of +or- 13.5m at a negative migration rate of 0.00093 will loose -12,555 to interprovincial migration in 2013 . The only two provinces with a net positive interprovincial migration are Alberta and Saskatchewan. Using her dramatic headline, the only one moving west on the 401 should be Mirian Scott. We can forgive her if she did not take math at school. I am tired of hearing negative people blasting our city and province ,if your in the group prove Mirian right and move ; the 401 is just at your footstep.

    I am thankful that I can read French . Read the Gazette 30 years ago , what rotten journalism , basis and they never integrated the Québec society . One would think it was imported from Toronto. Vivre La Presse, Le Devoir et Le Journal de Montréal.

    Je suis aller voir le site du Roccebella aujourd'hui , ils aussi ont le vents dans les voiles , même les condos les plus grands au 38ieme et 39ieme sont presque tous vendu . Ont dirait que les ventes a Montréal sont repris , une bonne nouvelle pour le Roccebella 2 et les autres projets a Montréal.
