    I got a flyer for Berges du Canal yesterday in the mail. Rental prices: 3 1/2=950$ and up 4 1/2=1250$ and up What's really interesting is the flyer says "Construction 2014, neuf et jamais habite", but this thread seems to indicate the building was completed mid-2012.
