This would have been a really nice tower It would have matched the other buildings that were/are going up on the Bonaventure (whenever that happens)

Très dommage, je crois que c'était un des plus beaux projets proposé à Montréal avec celui de la maison hantée.

Excuses à l'avance si cela a déjà été publié, mais je ne l'ai jamais vu auparavant. Il semble que c'est le nouveau projet de Broccolini @ 628 St-Jacques. Quelqu'un peut confirmer?

Sorry, I poorly worded that one. What I meant to say, is that this is perhaps an old rendering, because it appears to be the 628 St-Jacques lot. That's what needs to be confirmed.

C'est effectivement le lot du 628 Saint-Jacques. On le voit bien sur cette photo:

And given all the public relation hints over the last couple of weeks and the rendering for institutional investors, these are diffidently much older renderings unless they had a massive change of heart in the last hour.
