Like i said, we still don't know the details. Speculation and discussion is great but nothing is certain yet.

 

Location isn't yet determined, neither is design. I hope they build on the Tim H parking lot!

Honestly, the facade itself wouldn't look so bad if they pressure washed it,

it would look kind of cool and retro.

 

But they have to do something about those random concrete windows (what the hell were they thinking?). Look at the upper left:

I kinda like the hall building - i really do. Except for the escalators from hell.

those are blocked off because the 8th floor is mostly computer labs, I guess to block off the sunlight.. condemning those windows is dumb though

I believe it is. It certainly looks a lot better than the inside of Guy-Concordia Metro station.
