    This reno is complete. On the Maisonneuve side, a new UBreakIFix location opened recently (actually a large American chain) Smoke's Poutinerie was replaced with Painnamou (Korean bakery)

    "The & Macarons" seems to have opened recently. Strangely enough on the 2nd floor. Building was given a bit of a facelift, although some graffiti remain.

    1440 is still alive. The "avis de demande d'autorisation de project particulier" sign has been posted on site last week (dated December 11 2013). Couldn't take a picture since it was sort of behind a fence (and it was 2AM).

    Thanks. Hadn't seen that one. Which set's it from? Would like to see a bit more west. So was the Bell Centre built on the same empty spot of land, or did they have to demolish something in the mid-nineties?

    What do you think could happen with the restaurant across the street? It's been closed since August 2013. A nice 10-floors fill-in wouldn't hurt. Canada Cement Phase 2?

    Shot in the dark, but if anyone lives nearby I'd love to see a progress report. This corner was such a dump, anything is an improvement.

    Actually I spotted someone with a white helmet walking on top of the structure today. Maybe an inspector of some kind.

    Walking down Park Avenue today I noticed the top two floors of Altoria were clearly visible. Must be some good views up there. TOM should also have good 360 views from up top.
