    August 14th 2014 IGA is getting close to completion. Very, very nice. Only the ceiling and some sections remain. Don't bother with the self-checkout. What a POS system. They are expanding the top-level food court by actually creating some extra square footage out of thin air.

    I really dislike the whole block from Rene-Levesque to Notre-Dame between Peel and University. Other than 1000 DLG and the Cathedrale, it is utterly devoid of personality and unfriendly to pedestrians/cyclists/tourists. Hopefully Deloitte tower will kickstart more development below RL. That parking lot in front of Place Bonaventure looks like it could hold an exact replica of Tour de la Bourse!
