    Actually, Saint-Marc at Baile / Tupper is dangerous as fuck but it's NOT because of the highway exit (most people turn right on RL) but rather that god damn tunnel from Georges Vanier. I swear to god people drive over 120 kph in there. Fort at Baile is also a death trap for the same damn reason. That better be in the study. 720 has nothing on these tunnels de la mort.

    I'll take it. Wonder if they'll tear down the garage right behind. That podium is decent and integrates nicely with the pub victoria building. Way better than the Phenix for sure.

    1421-1425 Crescent is deduced from the 1949 Land Use map (thanks catbus) and the fact that the Havana 1519 building is at 1427-1429 Crescent. I have no idea when or why 1421-1425 went down (presumably in flames) but I would love to know! Currently L.A. Hebert and Pomerleau have trailers on site. Slight possibility this has to do with the Ogilvy extension, but clearly something is happening on this lot. November 11th 2014 November 22nd 2014

    Anyone here remembers Salle X in the basement of 182 Sainte-Catherine East? Best Montreal punk/hardcore/metal club in the late 90s-early 00s. Million times better than Foufs. Lots of pictures here. Of course this was also the (biggest?) location of Soundcentral, now on Coloniale. I remember being blown away first time I stepped in. can't find pictures. Up until sometime this summer, Underpressure were using the first 3 floors for their exhibit. Some areas were off limit and overall the place looked ready to fall apart. Shameful.
