    Thanks for the info, I didn't know what was in there. No chance of condos anytime soon? It's a prime location. By the way there's a really nice "flatiron" building just across the street. It's been empty for at least a decade...

    August 19 2016 Very interesting commercial strip popping up, with what looks to be 100% local stores. Pigeon Espresso Bar, Mon ChiCha Bistro, Notre-Boeuf de Grace and Brits & Chips.

    Wow never been to Joliette I think, now I want to visit. Good work. I know Sherbrooke is trying its best to revive Wellington Sud but they need to do something about those various empty lots first.
