    Every time I see the renderings of these condos, it reminds me of some of the condos in Miami. I am still in shock, that such a nice project is actually going up in Laval.

    I truly like Lemay design. I wonder if this will be a Thompson hotel, I heard someone talk about months back or it be interesting if they can get Morgans Hotel Group to be part of it.

    True, but last time I checked many months back they only have a few stations on the island.

    We have too many bureaucrats that like wasting tax payers money and that like to constantly review projects.

    Saw that coming from a mile away. I have a feeling we will be wasting a few million trying to see other options. I sometimes wish, that politicians could push certain projects and have them go ahead, without any interference after elections. I think we should just lock this thread and put it in the section of "canceled projects"

    Red 2 is filming currently in Montreal. A friend of mine ran into John Malkovich at Rooney (store on Notre Dame Ouest)

    Nice. I am not sure how many penthouse units in Montreal, actually have access to their own private pool. It be interesting to know if it be outdoor or it be indoor (seeing you can swim all year round). Plus depending where you are standing, you might be able to see the mountain. If my memory serves me right, I do not think there is anything like that in the city. I know it exists in New York for a certain residential building and not sure what other buildings in New York have it.

    I do hope to see more projects in Montreal, with green roofs and living walls. Now to do something about that Bureau En Gros
