  1. I hope for that price all the units will be at least over 2000 sq.ft and min. 2 bedrooms. Seeing down the street at 1650. Some of the units are that price and are 3526 sq.ft
  2. 3 Telecom (Hong Kong) 3 has well over 15.9 million customers in 2007 all over the planet. So you have to buy the phone, but its still pretty decent plans for 2 years.
  3. I just wish they would show some plans for the units. Probably they will be starting at $500,000 / $750,000, going alway to about a million something.
  4. the $52k was when rogers would charge by the KB lol At least $60 is slightly more reasonable for the overage. True it still not unlimited. Petition against Rogers if anyone wants to send an actual letter to Ted, just msg me and I gave give you his address. hahaha sweet just found something else online, my dad friend sued Rogers for $6 million a few years ago.
  5. From what I heard. Some dude building the Apple store told someone it should be finished by August.
  6. i wonder what the 2020-2025 skyline would look like. Probably by then we wont be in the top 10 on skyscraperpage.com I just hope by that time we will have at least 8 million people on the island of Montreal. Plus hopefully a nice GDP between $200-$300 billion. Probably wont happen in 12-17 years. We some how need to get 6 million people in Montreal, thats about 353000 people a year to move onto the island.
  7. I did some more calculations if you go over the amount you use per month... its killer but not that bad... 0.5$/MB * 60 = $30 0.03$/MB * 1024 = $30.72 1068 MB = $60.72 extra per month... just sucks that the data is not like 1 - 2 - 5 - 6 GB Rogers who have charged us about $52k for 1GB overage. Now its $60, so its sort of getting better.
  8. i know lol... thing is i do/don't want to wait 2009 seeing they will probably have a wi-max iPhone. true i could get an iPod Touch but no A-GPS lol... plus if i do end up buying an unlocked iphone i still have to get the plan seeing i want the visual voicemail lol i wonder how much bandwidth the a-gps will take up of the 400MB-2GB oh yah the Rogers hotspots are Second Cups and not Starbucks bigger bummer. Also no video conferencing, mms and chat like ichat/msn. I hope Adium will have an app for the app store.
  9. i'll probably get it. $90 a month a killer but oh well. i did some calculations.... 400 MB (month) = 103 websites / day (13.3 MB) = 4.29 websites / hour = approx. 1 website / 14 mins 2 GB (month) = 521.18 websites / day = 21.7074 websites / hour = approx. 1 website / 3 mins 360 GB (month) [hypothetical] = 93,780 websites / day (12 GB) = 3,907.5 websites / hour (512 MB] = approx. 1.08 websites / second [0.14 MB = 143.6 KB] or 1,260,000 (photo attached e-mails) = 42,000 (day) = 1750 (hour) = 29 (min) still sucks that th
  10. awesome project... they have units at 10000 sq.ft a pop wow. largest ones i've heard about are at heritage du vieux port at 7500 sq.ft, true you get a huge ass terrace of about 10-15000 sq.ft honestly those 10000 sq.ft ones in Toronto are for sure going to be pricey as hell, probably a minimum of $3 million and I'm being kind LOL probably see them at $8 million or even more seeing, there is a project in Calgary the penthouse is like 4500 sq.ft going for $10 million.
  11. I wonder how big the residence suites will be
  12. true, for once montreal gets an interesting hotel project before those two and calgary sort of gaining (in different projects) all i can say the future is bright for Canada.
  13. Can't forget the Mandarin Oriental
  14. they probably don't want to change the face of the brand, plus. true they could have opted for the new design that they are using in Chicago for the hotel/condo.
