anyways i now know why i did not get hired at the apple store, the days i'm not in the country might coincide with dates of the store openings and the iphone being released, what a bummer. Plus like 300 applied, not sure if I said that before and it seems like they only will hire 125 employees, I am going with the number that was hired at the Sydney store that opens June 19th. The Sydney store cost $15 million to redo/build and its a total of 15,000 sq.ft (3-floors). Artist rendering of the Sydney store

seeing mobileme the new .mac will be 99$US and it will be 109-119$CDN. so thats why i tacked on the extra 10-20$ for iphone in Canada

actually it will be like 209$ and 309$ it seems the iphone being sold in canada will be unlocked, seeing i checked the CDN and US website. The US website says you need AT&T and the CDN one just says wireless provider. So I guess anyone with Rogers and Fido can use the iPhone. Sucks no 32 or 64gb even thought Rogers said they will be using the iPhone nothing popped up on Apple website and Rogers has yet to update their website. Plus you have to pay about 109$/year to get push-email and other nifty things from apple mobileme like the 20gb online space to store files

iphone 3g on sale july 11th... so the apple store downtown might open the same day or a few days before. thats why i didnt get hired i leave for europe the next day

1. Mont Tremblant-Mirabel-Montreal-Boston-New York 2. Quebec-Montreal-Ottawa-Toronto-Windsor-Detroit-Chicago 3. Toronto-Hamilton-Buffalo-New York-Washington Honestly not sure how many different ways I can have it work out. Would be interesting to see this as a maglev project, would cost a fortune, but would be nice having all these cities finally connected by rail. For sure certain cities would still be faster by plane. Life Ottawa to Washington, probably better by plane.

i just hope, plus depending how much higher it goes we might see more people finally take public transit or on a bike -
that is so true. honestly North America really needs a better rail system. actually i just checked flights from L.A to Vegas are 65-70 mins. With a Bombardier CRJ-900 (speed able to reach 503-521 mph), thing is not sure how something at that speed still takes an hour too get to Vegas, guess they don't fly that fast. if they flew at like 503 mph they could be in Vegas in 34 mins or something. driving distance is 287 miles (4 hrs 18 mins, upto 6hrs with traffic) if the train can do the 311 mph, it can be in vegas in 55 mins, which saves you 10 mins give or take.

its such a cool project. saves a lot of time, at least it can compete with any airline flying out of Anaheim/L.A

I love how americans whine. we still pay $1-$2 more for petrol then they do, and the British pay god knows how much more then us. -

Its funny how citizens can't use pepper-spray against another person, yet we can use it against an animal in Canada. Honestly pepper-spray and tasers, should be aloud for use by citizens for protection from anyone. Its even funny if you learnt any type of martial art you can't even use it to defend yourself, seeing if you hurt your attacker you even more fucked then the other person. Honestly laws in Canada are so relaxed which is quite stupid I find.

Probably not. Why not, blame the bureaucrats or some old laws from the 70s or something. Its quite pathetic that Montreal, is probably one of the only cities on the planet that close extremely early during Monday-Wednesday and on the weekend. Okay there is an exception, Jerusalem and other cities in Israel which everything shuts down on the sabbath lol

I heard about that yesterday. One of the girls got stabbed in the neck at Vendome, because she wouldn't give up her iPod lol Honestly, if you use an iPod get a better pair of ear phones! At least when you do that, people will think you have a normal mp3 player, as long as you do not show your iPod lol
