There's a sign above what was the gas station there for preval.ca/nouveau. Cabot Square est en train de se refaire en beauté tranquillement pas vite le quartier retrouve la vie de façon propre et moderne.

C'est en effet un quartier en renouveau, spécialement avec l'importante communauté asiatique. Beaucoup plus intéressant et plaisant de s'y promener qu'il y a à peine 2-3 ans! Il y a encore pas mal à faire, mais ça va dans la bonne direction!

New Copper Branch restaurant at le Seville. I'm all for local entrepreneurship, but damn they already have a location inside Alexis Nihon and on Bishop. These guys are EVERYWHERE! And their fries aren't very good

Is Copper Branch the new A&W? They open litterally everywhere like bad weed, especially in new developments. What's their specialty? Looks like a fast-food conscious chain.

Wow, I didn't even know they were a Montréal brand. I only realized it when reading your comment. I thought it was another California or Texas or maybe BC chain.

 

I guess I will have to discover what they are all about.
