They are dissatisfied with it because it'll be taller than JMSB, "block views" of JMSB and Hall, "block" sunshine and they want more student space. Seems to me they don't want to block the project, but perhaps are looking at modifications such as more student space and no blocked views? However, they are late in the game, and this is a private property - not part of the campus.
