Which one?  Just asking, as there must be a few  in Montreal and Western Quebec, if the slow pace on construction sites, most notably for road and bridge repairs is any indication.  Truth is, it's not any particular Denis' fault, but rather that there are not enough of them assigned to too many tasks.  The real culprits are some contract givers, public and private, who would rather select a low bidder, even if this entails much longer delays in delivery.  Low bidders are small entrepreneurs who do not have the manpower and equipment necessary to proceed quickly  --both who nevertheless win contracts these days.   

Sometimes, contract givers have no alternatives, as larger contractors are already overloaded.  It takes time for the (construction) industry to adjust to the new higher level of activity.  Years of relative weakness in construction activity in the past have left the industry unable to cope --so the delays in delivery.

Larger contractors will only invest in new capacity if they are reasonably assured that the current construction boom will last somehow.

Rappelez vous le top de l’Avenue .... ça avait pris énormément de temps pour la terminer .... je pense qu’ils se concentrent surtout sur la finition intérieure des derniers étages pour l’instant
