I called the Sales office and they said they are getting ready to send out letter to the buyers about delivery dates - this should start sometime in May/June and will be done in batches of deliveries (few floors at a time I assume)

Le sommet de la Tour des Canadiens est affreux. On dirait qu'on a déposé l'ancien building de l'institut de l'Hôtellerie au sommet de la tour, et ce béton poli beige/ blanc a l'air tellement cheap, cette tour aurait dû être complètement en noire.

I totally disagree - the black column is what saves the building! Its proportions are off; it should be higher. But otherwise, I'm liking the way it looks overall. Now, Roccabella is another story: those side facades are horrendous.

«The color of the siding will be the same for Roccabella II. We are using the same material as IBM tower did, and the difference in color is due to the sun reflection.

The city of Montreal is the one to impose the outer color for the building in order to maintain a homogenous look among the surrounding towers.»

 

What a stupid rule Mtl has... it doesn't work at all ... I don't see homogenous look at all....

 

To maintain a homogenous look it could have been the opportunity to use the same siding's color than the IBM tower...
