any news on what the commerce that's starting to be renovated at the RDC on the corner of de la montagne will be?

They are going to start selling this month, I received an invitation as a buyer in phase 1!

Completely disagree.. The finishing is much better than others like Pervel (I've owned 2 of them) and the common areas are excellent (especially the gym). Just visited today and the interior is very impressive.

I called the Sales office and they said they are getting ready to send out letter to the buyers about delivery dates - this should start sometime in May/June and will be done in batches of deliveries (few floors at a time I assume)

J'ai achete un condo la bas et j'aimerais voir ca a l'air de quoi l'interieur (apres les vingts etages qui reste). Et a quand la livraison s'il le sait!! N.B: je sais que tlm beurk la dessus, mais je l'aime personnellement

Which floor would you say they reached ? On their site it says the pool is at the 10th floor (and seems to be at the same height as the bell center)
