Our very own tax dollars against us Who wants to venture a guess how much pollution this idea will now add to the city. Less lanes = more traffic = more CO2 emissions. Also the loss in productivity and personal time. I want someones head for this. Down with The Liberal Party of Quebec (only saying this because the person heading the MTQ is a Liberal) The city and the people should come together and form a class action lawsuit against the Government of Quebec and the MTQ if possible.

(Courtesy of Journal Metro) Some images of the proposal WTF? Reduction of 25%. Shit we need an increase of 50% and thats a conservative figure for the next decade or so. I just emailed: ministre@mtq.gouv.qc.ca, courrier.president@assnat.qc.ca, pauline.marois@assnat.qc.ca, Duceppe.G@parl.gc.ca, Garneau.M@parl.gc.ca. I would have sent one to Jean Charest and Mayor Tremblay but they don't post their email addresses. I pretty much was like you do not care for the productivity of Montreal, you will be losing tax payers money in the process, causing more pollution because of traffic and I will not be voting for the Liberal Party in the next election. I know some of the people I voted for are not part of the Liberals but everyone has to know that what the Ministry of Transport of Quebec thinking is just ludicrous!

I wonder if people can start a class action lawsuit against the Quebec government and the city, if they go ahead with this project of reducing the flow of vehicles.

Seems like a nice idea but will it work? Plus earlier on today I saw a picture of the stages of what they were thinking of doing for the Turcot, but I can't seem to figure out where I saw it.

Kill the the younger and deport the older one to silence him and hide the rest of the evidence. Got to love the blue wall of silence and the justice system. In another note, took 3 years to get 2 cops suspended for disorderly conduct (without pay for well over a month) -
Seems interesting, I guess trying to get everything more ground level would have been impossible.

I know. I guess I should have put it in general discussion but I guess someone can move it if they like.

Askmen.com compiled the best cities for 2010. Montreal is ranked 22nd out of 29. New York was numero uno. Montreal scored 75.9/100. We would have done better if we didn't cold ass winters. Montreal We at least beat out Toronto

That really sucks. Thing is, I wonder how healthy the soil is downtown.
