Looks like one of those apartment/hotel complexes in Miami from the 60s lol The video pretty interesting. Nice to see they are planning about future expansions.

Montreal General Hospital = 479 beds Montreal Children's Hospital = 144 beds MUHC = 500 beds (154 beds [children] + 346 beds [adults]) Sort of got short changed here. They should keep the other hospitals open when the new one is at full capacity.

I was actually shocked to finally see the flat screens at Place D'Arme and I think they are at Square Victoria also.

From what I heard many of the foreign owners were or still are suing the new owners of the Plaza. As per Westmount Square, some of the units go for $4 million? I can believe Acadia selling for that much, I saw one of the units it was amazing. Plus its a great building. Only thing is, its a co-op.

hahaha good one I am trying to think who is willing enough to buy a $12 million condo. There is a few people with that kind of means in Quebec. I guess they could use is as a corporate logging for future investors to stay when they are in the city, but thats a long shot. For sure wouldn't be any Russian or Saudis, seeing we have no oil here in Quebec. So it leaves some sort of electronics / telecommunication firm to purchase it. I guess some rich person can use it for their 3 day summer pad during Grand Prix weekend lol Anyways back to the numbers. $12 million (7000 sq.ft) = $1,714.29 per sq.ft We just need to find 100 members and we each pay $120,000. It be a nice time share We would all have like 3 days each.

I think that be the most expensive condo and one of the most expensive pieces of real estate on the island Seeing there is a place in Senneville, which has been on the market for many years and I think its like $11 or $18 million.

For the longest time they had a different sign on this project. I think it started with an H and the project landed up on another street I think or something, but I can be mistaken.

XO 355 Saint -Jacques Ouest Montréal (Québec) H2Y 1N9 Tél: 514.841.3111 I can't say much I went for the gastronomical brunch. Which starts at noon on the weekends. Plus the menu changes every weekend from what I recall. It is 3 courses. First course is considered to be entries in my opinion and with that you usually get 4 small portions (its like a tasting). The second course you can choose two different things to taste out of about 8 different selections. The third course is desert and they preselect also two things for you. The price without anything to drink or service is $45 per person. So with wine, tea, mimosa and service charge it goes up to $200 per person. It is something to try. You will be glad.

If its not the government stinking their dirty hands in it, its those NIMBY or whatever you like to call them on here. All I know is delays cost money. Actually everything costs money lol I guess your right about some of the projects that are happening at the moment. -
