I would suggest someone tweet Denis Coderre about this. He generally answers and this could be something he would get behind.

It's not the worst building on that part of RL but it would look a lot more visually appealing if they used that black window / concrete cladding (that stretches half way on the east side of the building on floors 2-3) for the whole building. Or just a black curtain wall.

Le seul avantage de cette tour, c'est qu'en comparaison son voisin le Complexe Guy-Favreau nous paraîtra désormais beau.
