Considering they recently closed on this property in September, I doubt that they have any idea what this project will actually look like. The rendition they give is probably, at best, just there to give an idea of what will actually be built. Certainly if they are good developers, they will go through many versions of design (I hope). Either way, I don't think we are going to see anything built here for many years.

Development Company Acquires Strategic Property in Downtown Montreal

This parking lot, located steps from prime Ste. Catherine Street retail and the core downtown office buildings of Rene Levesque, is one of the last available downtown locations in Montreal for the construction of new office and retail space.

Toi, Habsfan qui est (peut-être) dans le secret des "dieux" (de l'immobilier) de Montréal : qu'en penses-tu ? Quel est le projet qui est le plus probable ? Quel est le projet qui a le plus de chance de se construire ?

L'accès le plus proche est sous le magasin La Baie. J'imagine le coût de construction d'un tel lien !!

Par contre, le projet Hines serait facilement relié à l'axe des stations de métros McGill et Peel.

Pour la tour de la Cité International : le lien est déjà construit.

La tour McGill : facilement reliable à Place Victoria.

Est-ce que ça doit être pris en compte ?

Hines c'est boiteux je trouve. Ça traîne depuis des années. Canderel semble partie pour être la première tour de bureaux privée au Québec depuis 15 ans !!!

Magil/Desjardins semble bien partie aussi .. Compétition du premier a sortir sa grue!!
