Looks weird right? Doesn't seem like there's enough room to fit another building with the same dimensions as phase 1? Maybe it's just the camera angle.

LOL. Yeah. That's what Montreal's Plan D'Urbanisme needs: more regulations. That part of town is so dead and dull, 2 or 3 buildings with blue glass will be a breath of fresh air!
