That has to be one of the worst looking buildings going up right now. That area deserves better

pretty consistent with the architecture in the area. the enormous popularity of the condo units that go up there tends to obscure the fact that this area is chock full of lower middle end buildings. aside from some truly lovely old maisons particuliers and persistent victorian low rise, vast swathes of the area between guy and atwater could be mistaken for parts of bucharest. no matter how popular the cabot square area is now with asian buyers, don't forget that it's the concordia ghetto and that these new buildings are the functional equivalent of what went up in the 1960s and 1970s.
