It is consistent, but developers should nonetheless try and put up something interesting and less bland. S sur le Square and the O'Nessy projects at least seem somewhat appealing from the renders. This looks just like the hideous concrete buildings that line de maisonneuve from guy to atwater.

It doesn't have to be expensive material, but it doesn't have to be bland either...
